In honor of Father's Day, I made a little slideshow of the man my husband has become. The song I chose was a song we heard on the radio, just after we found out we were having a girl. It brings me to tears everytime.

Addelyn is everywhere! Today she surprised me by letting go and standing on her own for a good 30 seconds! Tonight after dinner she wanted to help Dada do the dishes or as the title reads, un-do the dishes.
I have one amazing, bright, and creative student who happens to be awesome at photography. I love this girl and all of her incredible stories she has to tell me each meeting. She's pretty big into following a couple of bands and has been asked to take promotional pictures for them. So I asked her if she'd be interested in taking pictures of Addie and her eyes lit up! We had a great time and I enjoy, immensely, the ability to work one on one with my students.
It's almost that time of year when I get to take off my teacher hat! I'm looking forward to just being a Mama and teaching my baby girl the joys of summer!
