Our Halloween Finale

We had a good time trick-or-treating with our neighbors. Then came back home and passed out candy. Addelyn loved to come to the door with us and see all the costumes. She didn't even mind when we re-gifted her candy! Hee! Hee!

I found a doggie costume on clearance for Bentley that happened to be a cow.
So we had two cows for Halloween!
Trying to get their faces in the same frame.
A not so successful attempt at a family pic. Oh well, almost!Come on guys, let's go trick-or-treatin'!
Addie said "happy" all the way up to the doors.
I think she was trying to say "Happy Halloween!"
Cameron, a.k.a. Bam Bam, our next door neighbor.
He is one month older than Addie and a very sweet boy.
His word of the night was a very breathy "hiii."
One tired little baby cow.
And I'll leave you with this little clip of our first year trick-or-treator.

Pumpkin Eater

I know I have complained about the warmer fall weather here in California, but on this 31st day in October it worked in our favor. A great time was had, while carving (and eating) the family pumpkins on our back patio.

Annual Trick-or-Treating in Davis

Last year we met up with friends in dowtown Davis for trick-or-treating and pizza. The shops open up for trick-or-treaters the Friday before Halloween and the streets are flooded with kids (and many adults) in costume. It's becoming quite the tradition and we look forward to many more years of trick-or-treating in Davis!Addie the cow got the hang of it pretty quickly.
Ruby, Nora, Allie, and Addie fingering the candy!
I found a little cow bell from the feed store and our friends never lost us through the crowds. You could hear the baby cow coming from a mile away!
