Our Labor Day Weekend

It was a pretty mellow Labor Day weekend. Our friends, Michelle and Ryan, whom we joined in on their Labor Day camping tradition last year, had their baby boy Christopher! He was born August 27th and we are so happy for them!
So instead of camping this year, we watched a not-so-great first Duck game on Saturday, went to a children's festival on Sunday and then took the boat out on Monday!
I didn't pack around my good and very large camera, so these are what we managed to capture of the weekend with our cell phones.
First time on a Ferris Wheel!
Going down the big slide with Daddy!
First face painting. She did surprisingly good for the face painter.
Watching a wildlife show with the best seat around.
The best thing about California waterways is that there is usually a restaurant  or tackle shop, accessible by boat, around every bend. So we pulled our boat up to the Sugar Barge restaurant for some yummy burgers and fries. They also have some great tent camping that we are going to have to look into!
Addie loved her new floaty Daddy got her.

Hey Addelyn. I like that pretty flower on your cheek. It goes with your outfit. I also really like your new floatie that your daddy got you. Maybe Auntie can ride on it sometime. Haha! Loves you baby girl
